My school, in my eyes is not like any any other school.
Accept for the basics like ::
*The nasty cafateria food.
*The one teacher who always has to ketch you when you just so happen to be texting.
*Being called "Fishey" when your a freshman
*Having to deal with the cliques
*Knowing someone or being that person who has some stupid rumor started about them
*Having that class clown in your class that makes your day soo much better
*Begging the teacher to not give you the test today because you didn't study along with half of the class
*Cheating on a test
*Boring class announcements
*The one person that you know will make it big time in the industry
And that's just a start to all the things that happen.
To me It is special. I think that if you have lived in the same area and gone to all of the same schools that all your friends have gone to then you grow a special connection to everything in that area. Like for instance my friends...
I have known most of them since kindergarden and/or second grade (because i switched elementary schools but they were sister schools and were in the same area). Then when I went to middle school we met once again and grew up to meet more people now that we are in High School.
In a way High School can be kind of cruel.
Because you grew up all your life with the same friends and not knowing or living outside your little bubble that is built around you ( pretty much everyone has a bubble in some way). Then after you have to go to college and you practically have to start back at the beginning like you are in elementary school again. But this time you don't know anyone.
I never realized this sad yet strange part of school.
Why do the choose to put us through all of this?
It just dosen't make sence to me.
Maybe someday I may understand.
But for now I am just going to have to live my life one day at a time and enjoy school for what it is.
